- Professional skills such as: tour guide skills, analytical and problem solving skills and other practical skills.
- Soft skills such as: professional oral and written communication skills, team work skills, foreign language skills, application of windows software…

On successful completion of the course, students should have been aware of:
- Morality and code of ethics in the workplace and civic responsibility;
- Professional services skills and attitude;
- Growth mindset and creativity mindset.

5. Eligible applicants:
In accordance with the institutional regulations for universities and colleges of the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Graduation requirements: Minimum credit accumulation of 120 credits, including minimum 98 credits of mandatory subjects and 22 credits of elective subjects.
6. Grading scheme:
- Assignment, mid semester test and final exams are graded on a scale of 10 (from 0 to 10), rounded to one decimal place.
- Subject marks are rounded to one decimal place and transferred respectively to following rankings: A, B, C, D, F, I, X.
