- Overview
The Office advises the Rector on the development, management of training programs at undergraduate and graduate levels, short-term training programs, the management of students’ affairs, testing and educational quality assurance.
The Office has 3 divisions: Academic and Students’ Affairs; Testing and Educational Quality Assurance; and Graduate Education.

Function
Advises the Rector on academic affairs, students’ political viewpoint, moral and lifestyle issues, testing and educational quality assurance.

- Division of graduate training
School of Hospitality and Tourism – Hue University is honoured to be one of the leading units with training services towards tourism human resources of master and doctoral levels. The Graduate division has been facilitated by Ministry of Education and Training since 2016. Currently, the School provides 2 training programs for Master Degree (Tourism and Travel Industry Management; Tourism Studies) and 1 training program for Doctoral Degree (Tourism Studies).
Function
To advise the Rector on the organization and development of the School’s graduate studies.
Tasks
– To formulate proposals of graduate training programs in line with the School and Hue University’s development orientation;
– To advise the Rector on admission index, admission advertisements, lesson plans and the management of graduate studies following the School and Hue University’s guidelines;
– To strengthen the cooperation of graduate studies as stipulated by Hue University and Ministry of Education and Training.
