  1. Functions

The Office advises the Rector on organizational structure, internal affairs, teachers and staff’s political viewpoint, administrative clerical and documentation, administrative commendation and discipline, and security work. The Office also has financial management as authorized by Hue University President; carry out proposals on planning, basic construction, procurement, management and usage of facilities for teaching and learning.
